RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS
NO Blow-up Toys, Commercial Stuffed Animals, Plastic Toys or the like. They won't be accepted. Please try to stay within the Theme of the Festival. NO Furs or Tails.
On a lined sheet of paper, make an itemized list of products you will be selling. Be sure to list EVERYTHING. Items will be juried. No one booth will have exclusive rights to any product, we will limit number of booths with “like product”.
Import or Handmade:
Send CHECK payable to EMF DEVELOPERS, LLC and application with a copy of TEXAS TAX I.D. PERMIT to:

$200 for 12x12 or smaller.
$300 for 10x20 or larger.
Booth sites are assigned. Please do not set up without checking in first.
Move In: Move in begins at 8:00 am on Wednesday, April 29th.
Move Out: Grounds must be vacant by 8:00 pm on Monday, May 11th.
Grounds amenities include: Flushies, Shower House, Washers, Dryers, and Limited RV Spots.
Also, LIMITED electric. RV DUMP Station.
NO GROUND FIRES!
